Just a little bit of background info in case you wanted to know.

I started Jewel Street Designs a few years ago after my daughter was born with a soft cleft palate. I needed a creative venture to help keep me sane and from going stircrazy as I was always an on the go kind of person. My designs are inspired by my favorite things- Art Deco, architecture, nature, and books.

As a result of Jewel Street Designs, I started this blog. I like to think of my blog as that favorite corner table at the coffee shop where the girls can get together and have fun. It's a place to meet and congregate and share.
