Easter Bunny Madness

Spur of the moment decision here! If you are a member of my newsletter, then you all ready know a little of what this post is about. If you aren't, then you should be asking why aren't I? My 5th Etsyversary is on the 19th of April and Easter is the 24th so I decided I wanted to do a little celebrating and have a little fun all at the same time. So I came up with the Easter Bunny Search. Here's how the game works.... From now until Monday, April 25th, the Easter Bunny is playing hide and seek on my site. He is hiding in multiple places on several pages of the Jewel Street Designs website. Your mission should you choose to accept it is to find him. You can then email me with how many you have found. If you have the correct number, I will put you into a drawing for one of these three prizes.... $50 gift certificate for Jewel Street Designs one of two $25 gift certificates for Jewel Street Designs Sound like fun? I hope so. I had fun helping that mishievous little bunny hiding spots. Remember, the bunny is hiding until the 25th and you will have until the 29th to email me with how many bunnies you find. I will then announce the winner here and on my fan page the following Monday. Let the games begin!

Jewelry in Review Raw Edition plus Giveaway!

It's been a while since I've done a Jewelry in Review post so maybe it's about time.

This year I've decided to participate in a group on Flickr called Ring A Week. Each week we all make a new ring. You can see all the RAW rings here. It's been a lot of fun, and I've been trying new concepts.

Here's my first RAW ring. It was my first prong setting that I actually made myself. A lot of fun, and a little challenging. I got it though, and I think it looks AH-MAY-ZING! if I do say so myself. It's a prong set ruby and sterling silver band.



My second inclusion in RAW is a fun little ring just in time for Valentine's Day. It's a sterling silver ring featuring pink resin hearts.



Last week's ring was another resin piece. I'm in a resin kind of mood lately. It's a cute little jeweled plum complete with a cubic zirconia and sterling silver leaves.



Am I doing a good job? I'm having fun with it so far. Now I just need to do this week's before I fall behind, and you know if I fall behind I'll never get caught back up.

In other news, I hit my first 100 fans on facebook this week! Woohoo! So, I'm going to do a quick little giveaway in appreciation which we all know I don't do giveaways often. First Rule... Making an Appearance at InTouch Weekly

I have been keeping this hush hush for a few weeks now, but I'm ready to unveil my big news.

Remember the Mad Hatter Army? Well..... I made all those for a marvelous PR company who was planning a party for the release of the Alice in Wonderland DVD. The party was the idea of one of the exec producers of the movie. How cool is that?!

So, those lovely people have passed on one of their swag bags to InTouch Weekly who is hosting a giveaway. Besides the Mad Hatter Ring, you could win a Sony Bloggie, Opi makeup, the Alice DVD, and lots of other things.
