Photopalooza

I am joining WallCandy's blog photopalooza. You can read all about it on her blog. I decided it seemed like a lot of fun and a great way to become one with my camera.

My first pic is of my favorite elephant from my collection. He's so pretty, but underneath of all his prettiness, he's a little broken. You can't tell unless you get real close. He's like a lot of us.

I think your elephant is adorable. And I like you analogy as well and think you're right. I think you're well on your way to becoming one with your camera. Your blog is full of cool pics though, so I think you're already in good stead. :) I may have to check out Photopalooza, thanks for the tip.

I love the elephant photo. My grandmother collected elephants and she had some from all over the world.

I love your description of it as well. We all have our little cracks and flaws but the flaws can be the most beautiful part.

I love your elephant! (just like baldylocks, my grandmother also collects elephants, & I think she'd love (& want) this one!) Fab photo! Congrats for joining Photopalooza, it sounds like a lot of fun :)

Beautiful elephant--we collect them, too!

Your analogy is so, so true.
