That's right. I'm holding my first ever blog party. Truth be told, I've been wanting to hold my own since I first attended one. Here is your invitation.
It's the Kiss the Clutter Goodbye Blog Party. (I know. The invite isn't the best in the world.) I decided to do this as I saw all the resolutions to get more organized in the New Year. I have even made this resolution. Here's what you do. Pick a room or a cabinet or a closet and organize it. Post pics and a write a little blog post. I, personally, am going to be organizing my home office/studio because it is a wreck. There will be a Mr. Linky so you can see what others have done and get inspired. I will post links to places and ideas for organization tips, and feel free to post your own crafty ideas or tips. The party will be on the 19th of January(It was going to be the 20th, but I forgot this was Inauguration Day.) so mark your calendars and RSVP!
I fear this post will be all over the place today. I apologize. My ideas are not being cohesive today.
Need your help with this idea. One of the most made resolutions is losing weight in the New Year. I've made that one as well. I was thinking we could start a bloggers fitness club to share goals, recipes, tips, and just plain have fun. It could be once a month, once a week. I haven't decided. Let me know what you think or just say "Aimee, the idea sucks."
Last, but certainly not least, mark your calendars for February 13th. Jewel Street Designs is going to have Valentine's Party. This will be so much fun. More details to come.

January 20! Inauguration Day!
When all the world will focus on Washington DC, perhaps I shall focus on one bathroom bedlam drawer, instead? (I have to start small!)
The thought of taking a picture of it horrifies me!
Seriously, we all keep 80 times what we need. I have coats, jackets of all descriptions, most which I never ever wear. Why? Perhaps I should focus on my foyer closet on January 20??
I used to eBay a lot. My office and its closet are still full of a garbled mess...books, insulators, vintage magazines, china teapots ... perhaps the focus should be there?
Do you see my problem? I need an organizer, but I'm broke! But I like your idea, Aimee. If folks do send ideas to you, I hope you will post them for us ~ especially when it comes to decluttering.
OK, I am RSVPing for both! The getting fit & organized! Hummm, where to start?
YOU!!! You knocked me out of the top 50 at roll call on SITS today. If I did heart ya so much I'd have to send you a nasty gram! he he. Have a happy wednesday.. BTW I'm still plagued by the link monster!
I'm in, I just have to think it through.
If you are interested in bento, that's how some of us are starting our healthy plan for the New Year.
Lots of excitement going on...and I'll look forward to all the good ideas!
I love both ideas and your upcoming party. Keep me "posted"
