Kiss It Goodbye!

Today is the beginning of my first bloggy party! The Kiss the Clutter Goodbye party so let's get organizing. I say beginning because I'm going to allow this party to keep rockin' until we are all organized.

To start us off, I'm going to give links to some great organizing posts, websites, and whatever else I have found. Perhaps these will give you some great ideas to get you started or just inspire you to organize your space. I know I need all the help I can get in my wannabe workroom.

Our very own SITS girls pointed Storage Magazine's website. Their website is very organizing inspirational with tips for just about every room in the house.

Last week Tip Junkie had guest bloggers giving their organizational tips. You could spend days getting ideas there. There is tips from Today's Creative Blog, I'm an Organizing Junkie, 30 days.

If that's not enough, here's an giveaway that is sure to get you organized if you win from Virtually Organized. She recently just redesigned her blog so make sure you stop by and tell her how nice it looks as well as enter the giveaway.

One more link for this week. I don't want to overload you. The notable Thrifty Decor Chick is having her own organizing party so you can check her out with all kinds of phenomenal ideas. Shoot. You can join her party too if you want.

Now feel free to grab the button to let the bloggy peeps know you are playing. Try to visit the other guests to show your support because organizing is like losing weight- almost all of us need to do it, but we need support and the willpower. Mr. Linky is misbehaving so, for now, just leave a comment with a link to your post to let me know you something to share, and I'll keep a blogroll.

Have fun and let's kiss that clutter goodbye!

FINALLY .. at the age of 67 I seem to have the "organization thing" mastered. It might help that I have lived in 24 different homes or apartments during my life. Simply must stay clutter free ....

Let's see. I have been a good girl and cleaning out the closets. All that clutter has been dumped in the garage to go to the shelter. I think I'll go ahead and make the trip and kiss that garage clutter goodbye.

PS. Happy "King Martin Luther" Day. :)

OMG, thank you for introducing me to those blogs!!! I'm an organizational nerd, although you wouldn't know it looking at my work room right now. I really need to organize and purge, but started with cleaning my desk the other day. Just dropped off a bag of clothes to Sal's Army, so at least my closet is looking a little less scary.
