Phriday's Photo Phiesta

Today is definitely a TGIF day.

In case, you have not been here on a Phriday before. Today is Phriday Photo Phiesta on Candid Carrie's blog. I love doing the Phiesta. I have found myself thinking all week about what photo to post for today. I really need to do something like this here because it's a great way to find new blogs. Plus, let's face it. It's a heck of a lot of fun.

On to the photos. I have two pics for today. And, no, these are not mine. I have no idea who took them or when they were taken. I found them in an auction box tucked under a bunch of other stuff.

I love these. I really do. I often sit and look at them during the course of the day wondering who the little girl is. She reminds me of an angel or a fairy. Just dancing in the sun. I wonder who she was, who she grew up to be, if she even remembers the pic being taken. They really have another world feel to them.

I'm contemplating matting and framing them. I would hate for them ever to be thrown away.

What would you do with them? Any really fantastic ideas?

I don't know what I would do with them. My mom had an old picture of a lady and her little girl that hung around for years. We didn't know them but we had their pictures on our walls :)

I just went to your Etsy shop...very cool stuff. Do you solder your jewelry? I tried to teach myself to solder and I am pretty sloppy. Thanks for stopping by.

Those are great pictures. I love looking at the old family photos and trying to imagine what is on their mind.

I have a friend who pics up old black and white photos and things anywhere we go. Be it yard sales or antique shops anywhere. She punches holes in the tops and puts them all over her white Christmas tree. It's really lovely and different. Makes for a great conversation piece.

Those pictures are awesome by the way.
